∎ Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed public/private universities.
∎ Candidates with CA-CC or CA/ CMA partially qualified candidates will get priority.

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proven experience in auditing, preferably within the agro or related industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit standards.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in Bangladesh.
∎ Proven experience in auditing, preferably within the agro or related industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit standards.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verify the accuracy of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
∎ Verify & check the authenticity of bills, invoices & other supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
∎ Ensure proper Checking of books of records such as cashbook, Party/ subsidiary ledgers, store register etc.
∎ Coordinate with tax authorities, process necessary documents and submit tax return complying with national tax regulations.
∎ Rate/Price confirmation by CS comparative statement before purchase & mandatory market visit for audit purpose.
∎ Audit internal process, identify & recommend changes necessary to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risk.
∎ Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Prepare comprehensive audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
∎ Communicate audit results to management and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address identified issues.
∎ Collaborate with external auditors, as needed, to facilitate the annual audit process
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ We are looking a dynamic and responsible ‘‘Executive/ Sr. Executive” in Audit Department for our Paramount Agro Limited situated at Sreepur, Gazipur.
