Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Manage inventory levels, ensure timely procurement, and maintain optimal stock levels.
∎ Analyze customer demand, forecast trends, and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability.
∎ Develop and execute plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
∎ Oversee daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
∎ Introduce and manage new products based on customer preferences and market trends.
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise canteen staff, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service, addressing any customer concerns or feedback promptly.
∎ Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws
∎ Job Context:
∎ Paramount Agro Limited, a concern of Paramount Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Outlet Manager to lead our outlet in Gazipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing food and beverage outlets, particularly in sweets and bakery items, and will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
