∎ Masters, Bachelor/Honors
∎ Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.
∎ CA (CC) / CMA (part qualified) will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, etc.).
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent command over MS Excel and reporting tools.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
∎ Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
∎ Skills & Competencies:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Prepare and review vouchers, bills, invoices, and journal entries ensuring accuracy and compliance.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
∎ Monitor cash flow and fund management to ensure liquidity and cost efficiency.
∎ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
∎ Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.
∎ Support internal and external audit processes.
