• Ensure planning aligns with buyer compliance and shipment requirements.

• Improve productivity and reduce wastage.

• Contribute ideas for improving line balancing and reducing idle time.

• Prepare line-wise capacity plans based on buyer orders, style complexity, and SMV.

• Allocate styles to lines considering manpower, machine layout, and skill requirements.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets vs. actual performance.

• Assist Planning Manager in preparing Master Production Schedule.

• Adjust plans based on urgent orders, delays, or any changes.

• Collect order details (style, fabric, trims, delivery date, quantity) from merchandising team.

• Communicate order requirements with Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Quality departments.

• Track material availability (fabric, trims) and flag shortages to Supply Chain.

• Ensure production starts on time to meet shipment deadlines.

• Track cutting to finishing process flow and update status daily.

• Work closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, IE (Industrial Engineering), and Production teams.

• Monitor bottlenecks in lines and take proactive measures for improvement.

• Any other task assigned by Department head.
