∎ ACI Motors is looking for BBA/MBA graduates who has keen intention to develop career in spare parts marketing and sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth and profitable operation of spare parts.
∎ Designing and develop strategy for parts sales target achievement and parts network enhancement.
∎ Monitor parts sales operation, network expansion, promotional activity of parts and daily parts activity to ensure high quality standard of spare parts operation.
∎ Effectively manage both people and processes of parts sales,
∎ Proactive follow up with current and previous customers and stockiest to increase parts sales.
∎ Monitor, interpret and evaluate reporting for spare parts team productivity.
∎ Continuous parts network expansion to create genuine parts market with creates concern for customer,
∎ Perform promotional activities such as FSC, Spot Fair, Mileage test and Parts Campaigns to increase parts sales.
∎ Assist and motivate department personnel to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency and profitability.
∎ Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual goals for parts sales and cost control.
∎ Visit the Field frequently to ensure customer as well as field forces satisfaction with parts availability and parts price.
∎ Submit all scheduled reports, tour report and expense bills on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Sound skills in MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ High communication and social skills.
∎ Flexibility to travel all over Bangladesh extensively.
∎ Interest to work in automobile/motors industry.
