Responsibilities & Context:
- Look after the sourcing chain and increase its capability.
- Improve sourcing capability through developing pool of reliable suppliers from various districts and B2B.
- Improve suppliers’ relationship for achieving their loyalty and sourcing efficiency.
- Develop sourcing capability of rare or uncommon trades.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, job posting, employee referral, and other platforms for promotional activities for effective sourcing.
- Coordinate with S&M for improving interview performance of candidates and better selection rate.
- Coordinate with mobilization team for better output.
- Conduct pre-screening, mock interview, and training activities to increase the rate of success in selection.
- Maintain performance sheet & updated database of all potential candidates.
- Provide weekly & monthly report to HOD as well as on ERP usage to ISS.
- Always make a plan to expand the effective sourcing area and suppliers.
