Job Context:
∎ Logic Software Ltd. is the leading ERP Software provider for RMG industries in Bangladesh. We are looking for a technically excellent Software Implementer ERP Solution for Textile & RMG Sectors, who is capable of managing garments ERP projects and can provide robust solutions in addition to managing, developing and growing the software Implementation team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting with clients following the sale of software packages to collect data and other information required to Implement the software.
∎ Educating clients on how to use purchased software systems and customized system features.
∎ Monitor data entry of the user; and identify data entry or report generation problems.
∎ Understanding users' requirements and assisting for the technical transition of ERP based operations; facilitating on-site reviews, and providing leadership over deliverables.
∎ Ensure the smooth running of the ERP Solution by coordinating with internal and external teams.
∎ Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
∎ Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made.
∎ Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
∎ Should have human management skills.
∎ Should have skill in Excel & able to create reports & formats with formulas.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Work experience in the software implementation in RMG sector will get preference.
∎ Strong knowledge about Textile & RMG Business Process will get preference
∎ ERP implementation experience will get extra preference.
∎ Adopt new technology
∎ Need to do Team-Work and to assist other team members when necessary
