Job Context:
∎ 100% export oriented -EPZ based woven (Denims) garments invites Executive of Sewing Production.
∎ Job Location: Uttara export processing zone (UEPZ), Nilphamari.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keen knowledge about operation breakdown or machine layout.
∎ Must have Knowledge about all type of Denims Machine.
∎ Must have knowledge of sample making.
∎ Must have knowledge about SMV efficiency.
∎ Must have knowledge about bottleneck point & line balancing.
∎ Hourly production monitoring.
∎ Ability to ensure quick changeover.
∎ Analyze & assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.
∎ Ability to motivate & influence workforce.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently and in under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
