∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Training on Machine Safety, standard machine adjustment, TPM, KAIZEN etc.
∎ Practical knowledge & having analytical ability to take decision.
∎ Modern system adaptation & creativity.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for all sewing sample machinery installation, commissioning and testing and follow up.
∎ Maintain preventive/scheduled maintenance program in all sample machineries including sewing ironing, pressing to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Have to be technical probiem-soiving knowledge for all types sewing and special garments production machineries.
∎ Coordinate with other departments such as CAD, Sample, Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality for best machine support in his area.
∎ Ensure schedule service of all sewing machines as planned Attend the pre-production and production meetings to understand the requirement and create the maintenance plan accordingly.
∎ Manage availability of machines as per the sample production plan and oversee maintenance of equipment that may be required for sample development.
∎ Ensure machines, spare, folders & mold availability during sample development Control NPT and line feeding gap by working proactively/pre analyzing to meet QCO.
∎ Respond to machine/equipment breakdowns by diagnosing faults and therefore taking corrective actions.
∎ Good Connection with machinic manager & dept head. And report time to time.
∎ Ensure PPE and maintain safety legislation at workplace.
∎ Prepare reports and update management on a regular basis.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
