Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the records, registers & documents regarding VAT confirming to VAT authority in a timely manner.
∎ Issuance of VAT deducted at Source (VDS) Certificate as per Govt. regulations. (Mushak-6.6), provide to its stakeholders & passes the necessary record in Register.
∎ Prepare various kinds of costing for Price Declaration (Mushak-4.3).
∎ Issuing Mushak- 6.3 for clients and collecting Mushak 6.6 from different clients.
∎ Ensure timely submission of VAT returns.
∎ Develop and implement VAT strategy to avoid regulatory risk and time-to-time updates & provide guidance to company management.
∎ Maintain all VAT-related registers of all concerns as per new VAT & SD Act 2012 & rule 2016 & also have to keep these records in NBR-approved VAT software and ms-excel.
∎ Prepare monthly Vat return mushak 9.1 & submit it to the vat office.
∎ Ensure internal audit of all documents.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ Handling VAT audit conducted by NBR authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh VAT Act & Ethics.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auditing, VAT, and Tax Management.
∎ Adaptable, proactive, innovative, and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Should have a very good command of English.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of Computer MS Office/ MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
