Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference

Job Responsibilities
Proper knowledge in high rise building clearance by Fire Service, Civil Aviation and other govt. authorities
Practical experience in planning permit clearance, planning permit committee clearance by different govt. authorities, large/special project clearance and plan approval by RAJUK/Cantonment Board.
Knowledge in electrical sub-station installation, licensing board approval and temporary/permanent (WASA, electricity & gas) utility connection installation, road cutting permission etc.
Practical experience in power of attorney acceptance by different authorities, sale permission and mutation
Skilled & proper concept in Bangla and English drafting to different law enforcing authorities of the country
Monthly MIS report & departmental budget preparation
