Job Context
Meghna Ballpen & Accessories Manufacturing Ltd. (MBAML) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). Currently, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Trade Marketing Executive to drive the field marketing operations for Fresh Anannya, MGI’s women’s health and hygiene product. The incumbent will ensure product availability, execute impactful campaigns and achieve sales objectives through effective coordination with brand promoters. The person will report directly to the Brand Head and contribute to the growth of this vital product line.
Responsibilities
Assign areas and outlets to Brand Promoters to ensure optimal market coverage and effective presence in the field.
Ensure an adequate supply of Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin at all specified Stores or Outlets to fulfill the needs of the customers.
Arrange and maintain proper product displays in every store to enhance brand visibility and attract customer attention.
Organize marketing campaigns in pharmacies, schools, colleges, madrasas, parlors, women’s hostels, and other institutions within the area while obtaining necessary permissions for conducting these activities.
Oversee the sales performance of the Brand Promoters by verifying their daily contact sheet.
Maintain daily contact sheets in Excel format and ensure accuracy of data entry and record-keeping.
Set sales targets for the team and develop strategies to ensure the successful achievement of these targets.
Generate detailed half-summary and full-summary reports to evaluate and monitor performance against set objectives.
Maintain daily attendance records for brand promoters, ensuring adherence to work schedules and compliance with organizational policies.
Prepare and submit all required reports promptly and accurately as per the management’s requirements.
Establish a supportive work environment for brand promoters to improve their productivity and efficiency.
Provide promotional items or materials to the field force to ensure that they have the resources needed for the successful execution of assigned tasks.
Monitor daily key performance indicators (KPIs) to make sure progress is in line with marketing and sales objectives.
