Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for skilled incumbent to join our team who has knowledge about purchasing Knit/Composite factory machine parts & other engineering items. Job responsibilities of this role include:
Knowledge about purchasing Knit/ Composite factory machine parts or purchasing sewing & non-sewing machine parts/ Fire safety/ Fire protection & detection system items/ Solar system and lift spare parts.
To seek reliable vendors & suppliers and should have familiarity with product sourcing and vendor management.
To develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.
Sound knowledge of negotiation strategies, solid judgment along with decision-making and closing deals with optimal terms with various vendors or suppliers.
Ability to analyze data and perform cost analysis, and benchmarking.
Forecast price and market trends and figure out the supplier’s power to get on-time delivery of products, goods, or services.
To keep all purchasing-related documents, quotations, work orders, bills, challan, etc.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
D&C loan arrangement & problematic issues & solve immediately.
Monitoring on time shipment, Checking documents, forward to commercial & follow up until release based on ETD & ETA
liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers.
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
Negotiate and agree to contracts, monitoring contract management and service quality provided.
