∎ Honors / Masters in any subjects from any reputed University.
∎ Major in Accounting preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for receiving & issuing construction items, Hull structure, pipes, tubes & refractory items & all accessories of different items.
∎ Advice to follow store control manual in order to maintain store item properly.
∎ Keep records of material flow at ledger books and ERP Software
∎ Responsible for day to day software updating on the basis of MRP & SR.
∎ Able to work SAP MM module.
∎ Responsible for stock balance of store while checking by audit or either perpetual or period inventory.
∎ Responsible for providing stock position as quick as possible against SPR.
∎ Advice to discuss/consult with the relevant higher authority in respect of raising any problem during different stage of tasks.
∎ Responsible for maintaining minimum & maximum order level for smooth functioning store activities.
∎ Advised to take necessary steps on disciplinary action against fellow staff if alleged for any illegal works done by them.
∎ Responsible for prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly statement for issuing and receiving store materials and try to inform latest status on regular basis to the unit authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in Store Management will be preferred.
∎ Must have the knowledge on Store Inventory Software (Tally Software)
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must be a computer literate. (MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
