Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential customers in line with organizational goals.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Develop and implement pricing strategies for various trade lanes, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
∎ Analyze freight rates, operational costs, and market dynamics to create competitive quotes for customers.
∎ Work with overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams to secure the best pricing solutions.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding rates, shipment schedules, and other service details.
