∎ Age 27 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collecting draft and preparing HB/L& MB/L draft according to customer requirements.
∎ As per the stuffing report collect all data from the shipper & complete within the deadline.
∎ B/L release & surrender.
∎ Communicate with customers as per requirement by mail and phone.
∎ Try to provide the best customer service to clients & deliver on time.
∎ Maintain POD requirement into B/L draft.
∎ All Shipping Documentation related work,Stuffing to Delivery(Discharge port at Destination Country).
∎ Follow-up uncollected B/L & send a reminder to shipper & also sendstop delivery order to pod.
∎ Attending various Documentation overseas mail & replying to them.
∎ Follow up B/L GRP/EXP certificate.
∎ Making vessel schedule.
∎ Taking booking and raising in the system and confirming vessel cutoff date.
∎ Also provide shipment advice as per booking.
∎ TDR share with Our POL agent.
∎ Shipment tracking destination-wise.
∎ SOC system Booking creation.
∎ Load List Share with Customer.
∎ The system rate creates and takes approval from the principal.
∎ SI submission at vessel Operator system vessel and principle-wise
