Proficiency in Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
Must know to ride bike and have a Motor-bike license
Sales & Marketing for Elevator, Escalator.
Sourcing & Contacting with Consultants & Clients on a regular basis.
Buildup & monitoring marketing activities, Client Visit & arrange meeting with the customer.
Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and successfully hit sales targets by converting leads into clients.
Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.
Assist team members in meetings, and follow-up to help close ongoing deals.
Identify and qualify new revenue-generating sales opportunities.
Preparing and presenting potential cost-benefit analysis to potential clients, developing.
Long-term relationships with clients, offering after-sales support services, and Execution of Projects.
Fulfill monthly & annual sales targets and other goals of the Company.
Planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing policy & contributing to developing marketing strategies.
Explore new markets to contribute to sales increase.
Prepare regular sales action plan.
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
