Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and represent in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices, rapid test kits, and other medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and healthcare distributors.
Identify and onboard new retail clients and sub-distributors to expand the market footprint.
Conduct regular visits to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active market engagement.
Support marketing activities such as product demonstrations, exhibitions, and training sessions.
Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
Maintain accurate sales reports, client communication logs, and collection follow-ups.
Coordinate with the supply chain and operations teams for timely delivery and after-sales support.
Uphold compliance with organizational sales policies, ethical standards, and reporting procedures.
