Educational Requirements:
∎ University Graduates or Officer Cadets of Bangladesh Military Academy.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will monitor the overall security function and performs as a shift ‘Security in Charge.
∎ Implementing physical security procedures to ensure regular security norms, practices, and protocols.
∎ Conduct OJT (On Job Training), security preparedness drill, inspection, and post-survey periodically.
∎ Investigate incidents, accidents, and violence acutely as per security methodology and technologies.
∎ Ensure property surveillance by CCTV and strictly function with crime and loss preventive measures.
∎ Present security issues based on field visits or foot patrol and CCTV along with the recommendation.
∎ Circulate security awareness issues timely and address alerts or advisory notes to concerns required.
∎ Maintain OR (Operational Requirement) checklist and follow-up shift handover-takeover logbooks.
∎ Every shift evaluation and monthly security assessments with planning for operational excellence.
∎ Plan systems from a point of view to utilize resources with optimized manpower at a minimized cost.
∎ Report regularly to ‘Head of Security with updates and act as a section 2iC (Second in Command).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The incumbent should be a competent security professional, technically sound, and built to a high level of professional integrities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
∎ AI (Artificial Intelligence) powered CCTV system/ IVSS.
∎ Integrated Security System and Electronic Access Control.
∎ Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or similar association.
∎ Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and Security Manuals.
∎ Hand-on Fire Fighting and basic industry occupational Safety.
∎ Physically fitness for long hours and night shift operations.
∎ Country’s contemporary and international security affairs.
