Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bashundhara Group, largest business conglomerate of the country is looking for bright, dynamic & potential individuals for the position of Executive/ Senior Executive – Research & Development.
∎ Conduct research and analysis to identify new product development opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research and development strategies.
∎ Manage and oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive.
∎ Lead and supervise a team of researchers and developers, providing guidance and support throughout projects.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and research institutions, to leverage expertise and resources.
∎ Create and manage the research and development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the viability of new product ideas.
∎ Coordinate and participate in product testing and validation activities to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
∎ Prepare and present reports and presentations on research findings, project progress, and recommendations to top management.
