∎ Age 20 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verify the quality of all incoming raw materials and determine their acceptance or rejection.
∎ Inspect all packaging materials and decide on their acceptance or rejection.
∎ Conduct development work in alignment with marketing requirements.
∎ Ensure that coding parameters are verified for each coded packaging material prior to continuous operation.
∎ Maintain product quality from intermediate stages to finished products, adhering to BSTI and in-house specifications.
∎ Supervise the activities of all supervisors.
∎ Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness across the entire facility.
∎ Take necessary actions to resolve quality issues in any product.
∎ Scan Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) for all products and email them to the Central Quality Head.
∎ Report any abnormalities in daily online products and email the report to the Central Quality Head.
∎ Report the weight of finished products online and email the report to the Central Quality Head.
∎ Prepare all working instructions, including operating packing machines and wrapper coding procedures.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
