∎ B.Sc in IPE/ME/EEE from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
∎ Work in Co-ordination with and report directly to the factory manager.
∎ Supervise down-line employee and maintain their moral.
∎ Plan and execute the production schedule and co-operate with upper management.
∎ OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Updating and analysing BOM (Bill of materials).
∎ Updating Machine parameters.
∎ Maintaining OEE (Overall Efficiency Effectiveness).
∎ Co-operate with delivery and store to run the factory more efficiently.
∎ Updating Cycle time, Cavity, Weight of materials in EPR on a regular basis.
∎ Production posting on ERP.
∎ SUPERVISORY/ PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Implement ideas and skills to make the workers more effective.
∎ Identify overall QC milestones, external milestones, dependencies, issues, risks and assumptions.
∎ Co-operate in recruitment and training of down-line employees.
∎ TEAM LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:
∎ Manage human and material resource to meet production targets.
∎ Quality mapping
∎ Collect and analyse production report from all departments and implement ideas to develop production.
∎ STRATEGIC WORK:
∎ Implement 5s, KAIZEN, 3M's and other lean tools to organize production floor.
∎ Implementing methodologies of maximizing production with minimum consumption of Raw materials.
∎ Assuring that the floor and ERP software has the same balance of products.
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by the superior.
