Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
∎ 2 Years' Experience for Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ This includes ensuring that production targets are met, wastage is controlled, absenteeism is minimized, and housekeeping and cleaning standards are maintained. The Production Executive also appraises the performance of the workers and submits reports to the supervisor.
∎ Job Location: Mostomaji, Khilgaon (Rampura Banasree - Staff quarter road), Dhaka-1219

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve target production by providing proper supervision, reducing end breakage, and optimizing machine utilization.
∎ Control wastage by ensuring that machines are operated properly and by minimizing end breakage.
∎ Minimize absenteeism by regularly counseling with workers and addressing any underlying issues.
∎ Ensure housekeeping and cleaning standards are maintained by conducting regular inspections and taking corrective action as needed.
∎ Appraise the performance of the workers by tracking their machine operation skills, ability to work under pressure, and behavior.
∎ Submit reports to the supervisor on the production process, worker performance, and any other relevant issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
