This role will be responsible for developing and executing efficient embellishment and washing plans based on order projections. It involves closely monitoring capacity utilization, raw materials, and production tracking to ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and alignment with production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor embellishment and washing capacity against projection-based order plans to ensure timely execution.

• Develop and implement detailed production plans for embellishment and washing, ensuring 100% capacity utilization while minimizing cost.

• Track and evaluate raw material readiness, production records, and order status to align with delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage print, embroidery, pre-production activities, and washing processes according to plan.

• Identify and reduce gaps between planned and actual production, and take corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.

• Follow up on order progress regularly with production, washing, and embellishment teams to ensure on-time completion.

• Prepare and maintain planning dashboards, status reports, and capacity utilization sheets for management.

• Support in cost analysis and resource planning for embellishment and washing operations.
