Responsibilities & Context:

• Handle indoor and outdoor video shoots using professional equipment and capture content as per scripts, briefs, and campaign requirements.

• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to deliver platform-ready content optimized for media distribution and social media.

• Produce short-form and long-form content including reels, shorts, social media videos, news-style packages, and long-form videos for different digital platforms.

• Adapt content format, duration, and structure based on platform requirements such as Facebook and YouTube.

• Develop scripts, storylines, and content concepts aligned with PR and campaign messaging while ensuring clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate storytelling.

• Publish content across social media platforms in a timely and structured manner with proper captions, formatting, and presentation.

• Maintain content calendar discipline, monitor content performance including reach and engagement, and prepare basic performance reports.

• Capture still photographs for events, field activities, and corporate documentation along with basic photo selection and editing.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams to execute PR-driven and campaign-based content requirements with speed and accuracy.

• Manage the complete post-production workflow from raw footage to final delivery while maintaining organized archives of video and photo assets and ensuring timely handover of deliverables.
