∎ Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, product offerings, and market positioning.
∎ Understand consumer behavior, preferences, and demographics to identify market opportunities and target audiences.
∎ Analyze research findings to extract actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.
∎ Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing key findings and strategic recommendations.
∎ Provide support in developing marketing strategies, product positioning, and pricing strategies based on market research findings.
∎ Monitor industry publications, news sources, and relevant online forums to stay informed about the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the real estate sector.
