• Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) will be get preference & can apply bachelor degree in any discipline.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience with video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

• Knowledge of software operations like 3D max Sketch Up or AutoCAD is preferred.

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and layout design.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and a strong creative portfolio

Job Context:

We`re looking for someone with Advanced Graphic Design.

Making the useful design, animation & presentable content for making marketing leads from the digital platforms.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for print and digital materials, including brochures, social media content, banners and advertisements.

• Create and edit graphics for online marketing campaigns, such as Facebook, Instagram and Google ads.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design layouts for property presentations, project proposals and marketing collateral.

• Design signage, billboards and other outdoor advertising materials.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and real estate project themes.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and apply them to enhance the company’s visual identity.

• Assist in creating 3D renders and layouts for real estate projects when necessary.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery.

• Coordination with other departments in order to understand and meet their technical support and requirements.
