∎ BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field (Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Minimum Graduate in CSE, ECE,ETE) who have good knowledge practical experience in IT works.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, MTCNA.

∎ GAZI Communications is also an IPG Partner of Juniper Networks in Bangladesh to provide Data Center Network solutions for Enterprise and Service provider industry. It also represents number of globally reputed network and security products. GAZI Communications is a sister concern of GAZI Group which is expanding its Telecommunications Network. The Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (BTRC) intends to issue licenses for extending Data and Video services to SME and Enterprise customers. Due to the extremely well penetration rate of telecommunications service in Bangladesh, combined with latest technological infrastructure, GAZI Communications is looking for means to expedite the roll-out of services to the ICT sector that have been historically and dramatically changed from basic telecommunications services.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
∎ Hardware Assembling
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
∎ Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
∎ Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
∎ Provide accurate information on IT products or services
∎ Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
∎ Follow-up and update customer status and information
∎ Ensure all issues are properly logged
∎ Installing and configuring Active directory services for users' group, computers and network resources administration.
∎ Implementation and Managing ERP Software &Trained every user.
∎ Expertise in online search and prepare result oriented documentation as per management requirement.
∎ Maintain and data backup Mail & File server. Shorting email and Configuration G-suite/Microsoft office 365 mail admin panel.
∎ Implementation Payroll Software.
∎ Install & Configure latest / market available electronic device and equipment (laptop, printer, mobile, scanner, other device) Providing support for desktop & Laptop users.
∎ Responsible for office network and hardware.
∎ Configure and maintain network & design LAN/WAN.
∎ Configure Mikrotik Router & checking Bandwidth.
∎ Take care of network connectivity between all sites.
∎ To solve various Networks, software and Internet related problems.
∎ Maintain Computer Hardware, Access Point and any network devices
∎ Install and configuration PC hardware, software Maintain and troubleshooting network printer. Checking antivirus activities.
∎ Surveillance System troubleshooting, & maintenance & Monitoring.
∎ Hangout meetup/webex, HTML/C-Pannel/SEO, Search engine and social media (FB/twitter/linkedin/instagram etc) expertise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
∎ Hands-on experience with Windows/ Linux/ Mac OS environments
∎ Hands-on experience with Surveillance (CCTV/ IP Camera) will get better preference
∎ Hands-on Experience with LAN/WAN setup and good knowledge of Routing/ Switching will get better preference
∎ Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
∎ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
∎ Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
∎ Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
∎ Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
