∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking
∎ Preparing, Installing, Configuring, setting up and also providing extensive support to PC, workstation, Laptop, UPS, Printer, multi-functional printer,) related Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Preparing, Installing, Configuring & Setting up various types of Smart Phone (Blackberry, phone, iPod etc.) for top management with email facility.
∎ Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operation system.
∎ Configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN/WIFI setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Providing IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy
∎ Configuring Mail client for exchange/POP/IMAP and troubleshooting
∎ Handling & trouble shooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device
∎ Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation
∎ Network cabling and provide basic support of networking
∎ Receiving and storing documents and confidential files; maintaining record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
