Requirements:

Skills Required: Adobe After Effects,InDesign,Photoshop and Illustrator
Additional Requirements:
- Age 26 to 32 years
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design tools.
- Hands-on experience in 2D animation and video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, social, and video design work.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Creative Design & Brand Communication
- Design and develop marketing collaterals such as leaflets, brochures, flyers, banners, backdrops, danglers, standees, and other physical materials.
- Create high-quality visual content for online platforms including static and motion graphics.
- Design corporate presentations, infographics, and pitch decks aligned with brand identity.
- Ensure all visuals align with BRACNet’s brand tone and objectives.
- Video Animation
- Create engaging 2D animated videos, motion graphics, and intros/outros.
- Script, storyboard, and edit short video content using animation tools.
- Social Media Management
- Design static and animated posts with engaging captions for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Schedule, publish, and manage social content; track performance metrics and provide insights.
- Copywriting & Language Skills
- Write compelling copy in Bangla and English for marketing materials.
- Proofread materials to ensure grammatical accuracy and message clarity.
- Event Support & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, and event setups.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of all printed and physical outputs.
- UI/UX and Digital Design
- Design clean, user-focused UI/UX interfaces for web, mobile, and portals.
- Collaborate with web and development teams to implement responsive, interactive designs.
