  • Strong knowledge of appliance servicing and repair procedures.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in using GSPN and MS Office tools.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service.

  • Hardworking and dedicated approach to meeting deadlines and managing high-pressure situations.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Ensure all service requests are handled smoothly and in a timely manner.

  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service team.

  3. Assign engineers/technicians appropriate tasks and resources.

  4. Allocate engineers/technicians to service requests based on expertise, availability, and service requirements.

  5. Track and monitor team performance regularly.

  6. Ensure all service requests are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

  7. Prepare comprehensive service performance reports for management review.

  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date service data and documentation.

  9. Provide continuous guidance and support to engineers/technicians.

  10. Promote continuous improvement of technical and customer service skills within the team.

  11. Handle escalated service issues and ensure timely resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  12. Ensure all services meet company quality standards and customer expectations.

  13. Conduct periodic quality checks and provide feedback for improvement.

  14. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all service operations.
