Responsibilities & Context:
  • Process online orders placed in partner E-Commerce sites, ensure timely proper handover of products to partner E-Commerce parties and listing products online.
  • Assist in online query management in partner E-Commerce sites & daily stock report generation.
  • Actively help and assist order processing, picking, packing, and logistics operations. 
  • Deliver prompt response and proper reply of customer query & communicate with partner e-commerce officials for business related communications.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
  • Create, curate, and optimize content for various digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct social media marketing to generate sales & assist in daily, weekly, monthly sales report generation.
  • Communicate with the digital channel partners to check the sales, stock and generate PO.
  • Assist in warehouse inventory management and product receiving as per targets.
  • Propose potential e-commerce site & communicate with vendors for new business expansion.
  • Maintain stock allocation for different digital channels according to the sales trend analysis & business expansion dealing with more new vendors.
  • Reconcile partners ledger accounts & PSI planning.
  • Conduct yearly sales forecast and target set on both pcs and value. 
  • Ensure yearly sales target & generate yearly sales report of E-Commerce.
  • Any other task assigned by management
