Experience in real estate installment collection will be highly preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
Ashiyan Group, a leading real estate and business conglomerate in Bangladesh, is seeking proactive, target-oriented individuals for its Credit Realization Department. The position involves close monitoring of client payments, ensuring timely collection of dues, and maintaining strong client relationships to support smooth project cash flow.
Job Responsibilities
Follow up with clients to ensure timely realization of installments and outstanding payments.
Contact clients through phone calls, visits, and written communication for collection and payment updates.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Update customer payment records and coordinate with the Accounts Department for reconciliation.
Assist in preparing notices and documents related to delayed payments or cancellations.
Support the Credit Realization Manager/GM in meeting collection targets.
Handle client queries professionally and provide solutions within company policies.
Cooperate with Sales, Accounts, and Legal teams for documentation and dispute resolution.
Maintain accurate filing and documentation of all collection-related records.
