∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the department head in order to maintain rapport with the RJSC (Registrar of Joint Stock Companies) and other regulatory bodies to ensure effective functionality and take necessary initiatives for new company formation to expand the business area.
∎ Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting all necessary regulatory meetings required to be initiated after the formation of the new company.
∎ Maintain various types of registers for proper record-keeping (manual register and ERP record) to ease decision-making.
∎ Assist in planning, arranging, and coordinating all necessary regulatory meetings, such as the Statutory General Meeting, Annual General Meeting (AGM) etc., as per the Companies Act 1994, after acquiring the commencement within the stipulated time period.
∎ Perform bank-related activities as per the policy of return submission and guide lines of RJSC and BSEC.
∎ Ensure strict confidentiality of the information and documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English, both verbally and in writing.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
∎ Must have good knowledge to prepare documents to file return to the RJSC.
