Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Processing and renewing all types of OEKO TEX certificates.
∎ Managing all kinds of compliance payment processes, such as audit payments, certification payments, and license renewal payments.
∎ Preparing the group’s factories to face various audits, including OCS, GOTS, GRS, RCS, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and C-TPAT audits.
∎ Filling up buyer information about our factory.
∎ Assisting management in ensuring the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
∎ Communicating via email with suppliers, factories, and compliance management.
∎ Coordinating and participating in compliance training.
∎ Arranging, coordinating, and participating in compliance meetings at both the head office and factory.
