Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA from reputed public/private universities
∎ Computer Science and/or Engineering graduates must have MBA/relevant experience in commercial business operation
∎ Professional Education: On-campus/Online study/certification on e-commerce, sales, digital marketing/sales, channel /partnership management and analysis/analytics will be given preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit customers, build rapport with them to understand their pain points, present value proposition/USP of our digital marketplace
∎ Formulate and execute business development strategy plan to achieve monthly target
∎ Conceptualize campaign, promotion, business development activities and execute those to boost growth
∎ Coordinate with internal and external (Partners/Vendors) stakeholders to create, customize and execute monthly/quarterly business development plans, campaigns and operation to achieve monthly target
∎ Measure customer experience and suggest improvement area in system to ensure best in class platform experience
∎ Suggest emerging business opportunity through advertising, business process re-engineering and analytics within and outside assigned customers account
∎ Onboard, update and maintain customers account from our platform and train customers with know-how of our marketplace
∎ Manage business development and brand promoters team to deliver result and achieve target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Sales/Business Development Experience: At least 1 to 3 years (1 year for Executive and 2-3 years for Senior Executive) of experience in *E-Commerce /Enterprise/Business/Corporate sales or business development. Distribution and retail sales experience on top will be added advantage. [* Candidates having E-commerce experience will get preference and experience requirements could be relaxed for them.]
∎ Language & Communication: Must be fluent in English. Excellent in verbal and non-verbal communication with professional etiquette
∎ Negotiation & Persuasions: Must be an excellent negotiator and persuader to convince decision maker and customers
∎ Marketing & Brand Promotion: Should have engaged in marketing and brand promotion activities
∎ Computer Literacy & Tech savviness: Excellent in Microsoft packages (OS, offices applications). Tech savvy to use and train people to use new technology based gadgets, apps and services
