∎ 2–3 years of relevant experience.
∎ Experience in building/construction industry (e.g., hardware, ceramics, tiles, sanitary products, electrical equipment, access control, CCTV) will be prioritized.
∎ Good communication in English
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, and other sales techniques.
∎ Visit projects, architects, developers, and contractors to build strong relationship and target potential orders .
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, demonstrating and highlighting our product’s benefits, features and innovation.
∎ Prepare and share price quotations, negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Collaborate with the current sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Validate customer orders, including scope, quality, payment terms and safety.
∎ Develop and implement strategic business plans.
∎ Prepare detailed sales reports.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities while strengthening the brand's market position.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and target re-orders in the future.

∎ Position Overview:
