Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in Marketing/ Management or graduate in English, International Business or Media Studies preferably from AIUB, IUB, NSU, EWU and Brac.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Supervisor to prepare proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs).
∎ Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding; coordinating printing.
∎ Follow business relationships that are aligned with the strategy of the company to support & grow.
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Follow relationship maps for key stakeholders, partners and existing & potential clients.
∎ Plan customer visit and follow up on weekly basis.
∎ Ensure up-to-date record keeping of relevant company documents.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in English is must.
∎ Must be hard working, diligent and responsible.
∎ Willing to work under close deadlines.
∎ Very proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ Able to execute briefs as per directions of superiors.
