∎ BBA/ Bachelors in Accounting/Finance from reputed University. Candidates with CACC will be an added advantage

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify all received billing documents by checking requisition, purchase order, challan, weight age scale, quality assurance (QA) certificate, material receipt notes, etc. accurately to ensure compliance with accounting policies of Kazi Farms.
∎ Ensure bill calculations and deductions are done accurately as per company standards. Ensure, VAT, AIT calculations comply with tax laws.
∎ Prepare bills accurately and handover to the Line Manager for approval.
∎ Register all bills in the in-house ERP for record keeping.
∎ Ensure preparation of treasury challan and hand over to suppliers/vendors for payment. Verify treasury code, supplier name, address and TIN & VAT registration number for accuracy.
∎ Manage timely deposits of Tax & VAT amounts deducted from suppliers' bills to banks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years ideally with a group of companies
∎ Must have good communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
∎ Proficient in computer applications
