Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking of Bank Reconciliation Statement of All Concern
∎ Review party wise accounts payable with aged and ensure payment at due time
∎ Verification of receipt payment statement
∎ TA/DA & Sales Incentive
∎ Performs other related duties assigned by the supervisor
∎ Manage all financial accounting activities for business operations and keep all financial information & planning and data confidential
∎ Help other departments in financial analysis and accounting tasks
∎ Monitoring sales collections and records
∎ Collecting daily sales records
∎ Maintain delivery & stock report
∎ Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well competency in data management, data sorting, and analysis
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office (MS Word/ Excel/ Access/ PowerPoint etc.) and ERP Software.
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Strong Analytical skills & Leadership capability
