∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Customer Relation, fertilizer and pesticide, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity
∎ Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports
∎ Ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery
∎ Lead the work with the marketing team
∎ Arrange & conduct various meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities on the existing/new products to develop product awareness
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients
∎ Maintain all sales record and sending monthly sales report in head office.
∎ Demand creation to farmer's level Finding real dealer/clients and creating new market.
∎ Arranging farmers meeting and others necessary meeting with DAE (district offices).
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales and collection budget.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
