∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Risk management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Control And Recovery, Credit Recovery, Credit Risk Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure documentation of all collection related reports work plans and office correspondence
∎ Taking the challenges to meet the Credit Recovery target and report to the Management
∎ Assist supervisor in the event of a recovery crisis and/or any other crucial situation
∎ Receiving customer complaints and forward to management
∎ Having highly negotiations skill & Excellent communication skills
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively
∎ Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales department according to policy
∎ Collection Overdue and arrears from Customer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well competency in data management, data sorting, and analysis
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office (MS Word/ Excel/ Access/ PowerPoint etc.) and ERP Software
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Strong Analytical skills & Leadership capability
