Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing the inspection and quality control processes for garments samples as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To ensure that the organization's quality standards and procedures are followed during the sample quality assurance process.
∎ Keeping accurate and detailed records of quality assessments, test results, and inspection outcomes is critical.
∎ Maintain buyer wise all procedure and protocol (Technical & Compliance).
∎ Ensure time sample making & meet buyer requirement.
∎ Ensure to received & understand updated buyer technical concept folder, how to measure guideline, fitting & pattern details.
∎ Analyze the sample order, fabric details, pattern, M-Cart and comments before crafting sample to make necessary adjustments of technical advice.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with the associates sample making, CAD & Cutting to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge in Denim garments process.
∎ Technically sound in Woven garments pattern.
∎ Have good knowledge in consumption calculation.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and other related software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
