Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis of the Tech Pack
∎ Arrange a CP meeting with the production team
∎ Identifying critical operation
∎ Identifying special machine
∎ Make a call out to technical & production on Critical process
∎ Method & process development to meet Quality with cost reduction
∎ Advice/Make production & Quality friendly process
∎ Make mock-up for critical process & find a better method
∎ Coordinate with PPH / Costing team
∎ Better SMV calculation
∎ Analysis of NPT to improve the output
∎ Planning & meet PCD
∎ Follow up on KPI
∎ Co-ordinate with the relevant department to smooth sample submission
∎ Fixing the target & follow up to ensure to meet
∎ Identifying the Skill of the Worker
∎ Maintain Manpower with a minimum budget
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
