∎ Technically sound in Formalwear, Outerwear & Ladies Tops
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive a new sample order/requisition from customer through merchandiser and preparing to make sample pattern and approved the sample for bulk production from the customer.
∎ Analyze the Design, Measurement chart, and Sketch with pattern technician for every styles to avoid any confusion about styling for formalwear (Blazer/ Dress pant / Trouser), Outerwear & Ladies Tops.
∎ Instruct to sample concern team member with amendment images/ drawings/DI to follow in the sewing properly to further improve and esthetic of garments.
∎ Capable to solve the technical issues like sewing & others to discuss/explains with CAD, QAD, I.E. & MR Dept. during the Risk Assessment/PP meeting.
∎ Follow up customer quality requirements in cutting, sewing and finishing of garments.
∎ Follow up customer sample requirements, ensure sample quality and deliver the right time to the customer for approval.
∎ Coordinate to facilitate and manage of task within team and related dept.
∎ Capable to supervise sample quality, workmanship as per customer requirement.
∎ Communicate with customer Quality representative / nominated concern person about any quality issues.
∎ Responsible to take sample approval from buying house/customer.
∎ Attend in the PP meeting and share the critical point to production team to avoid difficulty in the bulk.
∎ Ensure all of the sample trims, accessories & Labels are ok style wise.
∎ Ensure documentation of all production related paper (like- Production Guideline, Bulk Friendly report, Critical to quality, Needle & folder declaration etc.) as per Customer required and provide to production line.
∎ Support to Technical team during the sample making time, if needed.
∎ Train up in-house manpower for improving process wise productivity.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
