Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive after sales strategies to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets for the Switch Socket Division.
∎ Develop & execute end to end sales support process to ensure efficient sales delivery and collection
∎ Post sales call to the customer regularly
∎ Plan sales delivery to ensure efficiency in delivery management
∎ Prepare sales quotation, corporate letter and dealer agreements
∎ Generate reports & insights on Customer feedback
∎ Provide replacement service with proper process & policy
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for customer service.
∎ Prepare weekly & monthly report to highlight the activities, success and challenges.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape within the switch socket market.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Proven experience of Sales Support, billing, preparing quotation and after sales service or similar role
∎ Experience in the Switch & Socket industry is highly desirable
∎ Ability to travel as needed
∎ Ability to analyze data and use insights to make strategic decisions.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
∎ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
∎ Ability to handle stress
