∎ Support in Capability development initiatives of the sales team
∎ Drives and monitors performance evaluation of field force with the coordination of line supervisors
∎ Analyzes and evaluates training needs/gaps on an on-going basis to keep trainings current, effective and result driven
∎ Execute the sales officer deployment process smoothly
∎ Plan and support HR to arrange recruitment on a timely basis as per sales requirements and help to filter manpower as per requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3-4 years of experience in relevant field will get preference Adequate Knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required
