Job Context:
∎ Office time: 10 am to 08 pm
∎ Address: House # 03, Road # 16 (new) 27 (old), Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet each and every visitor with a pleasant and approachable way, figure out nature and purpose of their visit and guide them accordingly.
∎ Develop knowledge regarding all types of products and brief accordingly to the valued customer (existing & potential).
∎ Hands on experience in digital platform.
∎ Satisfy queries of prospective clients about our products & services in an appropriate manner (message/phone call/comments).
∎ Work hard to achieve sales target.
∎ Maintain appropriate quantity of products for display and stock.
∎ Resolve customer's complaints (if any) within the range of authority otherwise refer to supervisor.
∎ Any other job related task assigned by the supervisor.
