Responsibilities & Context: - Technical Support: Offer expert technical support for our full range of in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) analyzers and reagents, including brands such as Unimed, Erba, Alcor, Snibe, Maccura, Boditech, and Bermedi.
- Installation & Commissioning: Perform the installation, testing, and commissioning of a variety of medical machinery, specializing in Biochemistry, Hematology, CLIA, POCT, ESR, Electrolyte, and Hormone analyzers.
- Client Identification: Identify potential clients and target new markets for the sale of our diagnostic equipment and reagents.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on our portfolio of IVD solutions from leading brands.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create effective promotional materials for our analyzers and reagent kits.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations of our Biochemistry, Hematology, and CLIA analyzers, among others, to potential clients.
- After-Sales Service: Provide comprehensive after-sales service, including preventative maintenance and timely repair for installed equipment across all our brands.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly track sales progress against set targets for specific product lines.
- Service Monitoring: Monitor and document the number of successful installations, maintenance tasks, and repairs for all equipment, ensuring high standards of service.
- Customer Feedback: Systematically collect and keep records of customer feedback on the performance of our installed machines.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales, service, and training activities related to our diagnostic solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to supervisors, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans for our key brands and product categories.
