∎ Must be experienced in sales and marketing sector minimum 1 year
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers.
∎ Manage and process reservations and bookings for clients.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
∎ Handle sales inquiries and convert them into booking.
∎ Manage escalations and complex cases with effective problem-solving.
∎ Present regular reports on sales performance, metrics, and challenges with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports.
∎ Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers.
